We stayed for one night and loved the attractive lobby and welcoming front desk staff, making our visit very enjoyable while being just a short walk to the Fortuna Dog Park and only about 6 km to the Fernbridge Historic Bridge, perfect for exploring the area at a relaxed pace.

The continental breakfast was a highlight too, especially the pancake machine and fresh waffles. The pool area was inviting and provided a great spot for relaxation after visiting nearby attractions. We had a comfortable stay with clean beds and friendly staff. Enjoyed a delicious meal at Eel River Brewing Company nearby—just follow the front desk's excellent directions! Request a ground floor room if stairs are an issue, as there's no elevator. Watch out for early morning noise from the upper floor!

My stay at Best Western was quite pleasant. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with a work table and decent-sized TV. The amenities included a laundry facility and an indoor/outdoor pool with a spa, which added to the convenience. The breakfast offered a great variety of options, and the staff were not only friendly but also efficient at check-in.

No elevator access to the second floor.

The breakfast was legit. They had a pancake machine that my boys couldn't get enough of and the eggs were fresh.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but it was passable.

We had a fantastic time grilling outside with the charcoal grills and chilling at the picnic tables. Plus, the heat lamp in the bathroom was a nice touch during cooler nights.

Just a good pick for a weekend escape in Fortuna with a good price-quality ratio. The parking lot atmosphere was lively and fun, with lots of folks enjoying their time outside. If you don't mind noise, go for it!
